NO FLUFF, we keep it laser focused and simple. We assess you for what you need and listen to the goals you want and program accordingly with simple, effective and tested systems and equipment.
NO CUDDLES, we will guide you and push you but we will not hold your hands, you are here for results and as such you have to bring everything to your sessions.
NO BULL, we are not going to tell you what you want to hear to get your money. We are going to tell you what we know is going to get you the results that you want. As such our gym is not for everybody, if you are prepared to do the work and follow our guidance you will come away looking, feeling and performing the best you ever have.
ON THE RAMP
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
This is for beginners who will be coached in small groups of 3-6 people. This method is aimed at building a basic level of technique, strength and conditioning. This is an important phase for people new to training or coming back from time off. This approach allows for, enough work to achieve results whilst developing and refining quality of movement.
This is for people who like training with others, have developed good technique, strength, movement and want to progress faster towards the strength and fitness goals. These group training sessions still have good coach to client ratio focusing on developing great technique and performance.
This is for 1-2 people with similar goals who like the personal touch or are not comfortable in a group environment. Personal training can help those with very specific goals achieve them with complete focus and direction that sometimes cannot be achieved with small group training.
Nutrition is extremely important to your progress and for every goal you wish to achieve. It is also something that can be extremely confusing if you try to figure it out for yourself. With our nutrition programs we simplify the process for you whilst making a program specific to your needs. This is very important as there is no one size fits all diet and as your goals change your nutrition has to as well to optimize progress.
